To applications as referred to in Article 3:22, paragraph 2 or 3, received before 1 July 2019, the entirety of the benefit referred to in Article 3:23, paragraph 2, that paragraph and Article 3:27, paragraph 1, under c, shall apply as those provisions read on 30 June 2019.
With regard to applications as referred to in Article 3:22, paragraph 2 or 3, received on or after 1 July 2019, that paragraph shall apply to the entire benefit as referred to in Article 3:23, paragraph 2.
Op aanvragen als bedoeld in artikel 3:22, tweede of derde lid, ontvangen voor 1 juli 2019, zijn voor de gehele uitkering, bedoeld in artikel 3:23, tweede lid, dat artikellid en artikel 3:27, eerste lid, onder c, van toepassing, zoals die bepalingen luidden op 30 juni 2019.
Op aanvragen als bedoeld in artikel 3:22, tweede of derde lid, ontvangen op of na 1 juli 2019, is voor de gehele uitkering, bedoeld in artikel 3:23, tweede lid, dat artikellid van toepassing.
