Article 3:27

with regard to the right to a benefit: Articles 7a, 7b, 7c, 19, paragraphs four and five, 19a, 21a, 21b, 21c and 101g;

with regard to revision or revocation: Article 18;

with regard to summoning and questioning: Articles 41, paragraph 1, and 42;

with regard to measures: Articles 45, Article 46, paragraph 1, points (d) and (k), and 47;

Regarding the duty to provide information: Article 70;

with regard to the implementation: Article 81;

with regard to the time limit within which a decision must be taken on the notice of objection: Article 96, paragraph 1;

in respect of the appeal in cassation: Article 98;

with regard to recovery: Article 63, provided that it may be determined by Order in Council that, by way of derogation from the first paragraph of that Article, under circumstances to be determined by that Order, a benefit in respect of replacement shall not be recovered;

with regard to alienation, pledging and power of attorney to receive: Article 66;

with regard to administrative fines: Articles 48, 54 and 54a;

with regard to the waiver of the hearing of the interested party: Article 95b.

The third paragraph of Article 61 shall be applied regardless of whether the right to a benefit would have ended within one month effective from the day following the death;

If a benefit has been granted in the form of a benefit by way of replacement, the death benefit shall be paid in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 61, as if the benefit had been granted as a benefit in connection with pregnancy and childbirth or adoption. The seventh paragraph of Article 61 shall not apply in this regard.
