With regard to a benefit pursuant to this section, the following articles of the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) and the provisions based on those articles shall apply mutatis mutandis:
with regard to the right to a benefit: Articles 19a, 19b, 19c and 87c;
with regard to revision or revocation: Article 30a;
with regard to death: Articles 1, paragraphs two up to and including seven, and 35;
with regard to summoning and questioning: Article 37;
regarding exemption in connection with conscientious objections: Article 43;
with regard to measures: Article 45, paragraph 1, points (e), (h), (i), (j) and (r), and paragraphs 2 up to and including 6;
Regarding the duty to provide information: Article 49;
with regard to the implementation: Articles 51, 53 up to and including 55 and 59;
regarding the time limit within which a decision must be taken on the notice of objection: Article 74;
in respect of the appeal in cassation: Article 75m;
with regard to the applicability of the General Termini Act (Algemene termijnenwet): Article 89;
with regard to recovery: Articles 33 up to and including 34a;
with regard to alienation, pledging and power of attorney to receive: Article 50;
with regard to administrative fines: Articles 45a and 45g.
The penal provision of Article 84, paragraph 1, of the Work and Income Implementation Structure Act (Wet structuur uitvoeringsorganisatie werk en inkomen) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
By way of derogation from the first paragraph, Article 43 of the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) does not apply to the employee and the person treated as such, as referred to in Article 3:6, second paragraph, and Article 55 of the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) applies accordingly.
Article 35, paragraph 3, of the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) shall apply mutatis mutandis, regardless of whether the right to benefit would have ended within one month effective from the day following the death.
Met betrekking tot een uitkering op grond van deze paragraaf zijn de volgende artikelen van de Ziektewet en de op die artikelen berustende bepalingen van overeenkomstige toepassing:
ter zake van het recht op uitkering: de artikelen 19a, 19b, 19c en 87c;
ter zake van herziening of intrekking: artikel 30a;
ter zake van overlijden: de artikelen 1, tweede tot en met zevende lid, en 35;
ter zake van oproeping en ondervraging: artikel 37;
ter zake van ontheffing in verband met gemoedsbezwaren: artikel 43;
ter zake van maatregelen: artikel 45, eerste lid, onderdelen e, h, i, j en r, en tweede tot en met zesde lid;
ter zake van de inlichtingenverplichting: artikel 49;
ter zake van de uitvoering: de artikelen 51, 53 tot en met 55 en 59;
ter zake van de termijn waarbinnen op het bezwaarschrift moet zijn beslist: artikel 74;
ter zake van het beroep in cassatie: artikel 75m;
ter zake van de toepasselijkheid van de Algemene termijnenwet: artikel 89;
ter zake van terugvordering: de artikelen 33 tot en met 34a;
ter zake van vervreemding, verpanding en volmacht tot ontvangst: artikel 50;
ter zake van bestuurlijke boeten: de de artikelen 45a en 45g.
De strafbepaling van artikel 84, eerste lid, van de Wet structuur uitvoeringsorganisatie werk en inkomen is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
In afwijking van het eerste lid, is op de werknemer en de gelijkgestelde, bedoeld in artikel 3:6, tweede lid, artikel 43 van de Ziektewet niet van overeenkomstige toepassing en is artikel 55 van de Ziektewet van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Artikel 35, derde lid, van de Ziektewet is van overeenkomstige toepassing ongeacht of het recht op uitkering met ingang van de dag na het overlijden binnen een maand zou zijn geëindigd.
