Article 47
in forceUnemployment benefit · § The amount of the maintenance payment
The benefit on the basis of this Act amounts per calendar month to:
0.75 x (A – B x C/D) – E in respect of the first two months in which a right to a benefit exists; and
0.7 x (A – B x C/D) – E as of the third month in which a right to a benefit exists.
Herewith it is stated:
A for the monthly wage;
B for the income in a calendar month;
C for the daily wage;
D for the daily wage according to which the benefit would have been calculated if it were not capped at the amount referred to in Article 17, paragraph 1, of the Social Insurance Funding Act (Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen) with respect to a pay period of one day; and
E for income in connection with labour.
By administrative regulation (algemene maatregel van bestuur) it shall be determined what is understood by income in connection with work, as referred to in the first paragraph.
De uitkering op grond van deze wet bedraagt per kalendermaand:
0,75 x (A – B x C/D) – E over de eerste twee maanden waarin recht op een uitkering bestaat; en
0,7 x (A – B x C/D) – E vanaf de derde maand waarin recht op een uitkering bestaat.
Hierbij staat:
A voor het maandloon;
B voor het inkomen in een kalendermaand;
C voor het dagloon;
D voor het dagloon waarnaar de uitkering zou zijn berekend indien dat niet gemaximeerd zou zijn op het in artikel 17, eerste lid, van de Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen bedoelde bedrag met betrekking tot een loontijdvak van een dag; en
E voor het inkomen in verband met arbeid.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur wordt bepaald wat onder inkomen in verband met arbeid, bedoeld in het eerste lid wordt verstaan.
