The public prosecutor shall submit the appeal and the documents relating to the case to the court of the district in which the act was committed, or to the court of the district in which the place of residence of the person concerned is situated.
De officier van justitie brengt het beroepschrift en de op de zaak betrekking hebbende stukken ter kennis van de rechtbank van het arrondissement waarin de gedraging is verricht, dan wel bij de rechtbank van het arrondissement waarin de woonplaats van de betrokkene is gelegen.
