In deviation from Article 84, under a, an appeal against the decision of the court, referred to in Article 94, paragraph 5, shall lie to the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State.
Section 4 is applicable. In derogation from Article 84, under (d), the appeal also extends to the award of damages as referred to in Article 106.
By way of derogation from Articles 8:41, paragraph 1, and 8:82 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), no court fee shall be levied by the clerk.
In afwijking van artikel 84, onder a, staat tegen de uitspraak van de rechtbank, bedoeld in artikel 94, vijfde lid, hoger beroep open op de Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak van de Raad van State.
Afdeling 4 is van toepassing. In afwijking van artikel 84, onder d, strekt het hoger beroep zich ook uit over de toekenning van schadevergoeding, bedoeld in artikel 106.
In afwijking van de artikelen 8:41, eerste lid, en 8:82 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht wordt door de secretaris geen griffierecht geheven.
