1. By 11 July 2008, Member States shall notify the Commission of the conventions referred to in Article 28(1). After that date, Member States shall notify the Commission of all denunciations of such conventions.

2. The Commission shall publish in the Official Journal of the European Union within six months of receipt:

(i) a list of the conventions referred to in paragraph 1;

(ii) the denunciations referred to in paragraph 1.

1. De lijst van de in artikel 28, lid 1, bedoelde overeenkomsten wordt door de lidstaten uiterlijk op 11 juli 2008 aan de Commissie bezorgd. Zij delen aan de Commissie elke na die datum gedane opzegging van een overeenkomst mee.

2. Binnen zes maanden na ontvangst ervan maakt de Commissie in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie bekend:

i) de in lid 1 bedoelde lijst van overeenkomsten;

ii) de opzeggingen van bovengenoemde overeenkomsten.
