Article 10ter
in forceThe countries of the Union undertake to ensure that nationals of the other countries of the Union are afforded appropriate legal remedies to effectively repress all the acts referred to in Articles 9, 10 and 10bis.
They furthermore undertake to adopt measures to permit syndicates and associations representing the interested manufacturers, producers or merchants and whose existence is not contrary to the laws of their country, to take action in court or before administrative authorities for the purpose of combating the acts referred to in Articles 9, 10 and 10bis, in so far as the law of the country in which protection is claimed permits such action to the syndicates and associations of that country.
De landen der Unie verbinden zich om aan de onderdanen van de andere Unie-landen wettelijk verhaal te verzekeren, geschikt om alle handelingen, bedoeld in de artikelen 9, 10 en 10bis, met kracht tegen te gaan.
Zij verbinden zich bovendien, maatregelen te treffen om aan syndicaten en verenigingen, welke de belanghebbende fabrikanten, producenten of kooplieden vertegenwoordigen en welker bestaan niet strijdig is met de wetten van hun land, toe te staan in rechte of bij administratieve autoriteiten op te treden ter bestrijding van de handelingen, bedoeld in de artikelen 9, 10 en 10bis, voor zover de wet van het land, waarin de bescherming wordt gevraagd, zulks toestaat aan de syndicaten en verenigingen van dat land.
