If multiple petitions regarding the same residential space have been filed simultaneously by a party, these shall be joined for hearing.
If a petition as referred to in Article 7:257 of the Civil Code and a petition as referred to in Article 7:253 of that Code have been submitted to the Rent Tribunal (huurcommissie) regarding the same living accommodation, the Rent Tribunal shall decide on the first-mentioned petition before deciding on the other petition, unless the submission of the first-mentioned petition took place after the time at which the change in the rent is to take effect according to the other petition.
Indien door een partij omtrent dezelfde woonruimte gelijktijdig meerdere verzoeken zijn ingediend, worden deze gevoegd behandeld.
Indien omtrent dezelfde woonruimte een verzoek als bedoeld in artikel 7:257 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek en een verzoek als bedoeld in artikel 7:253 van dat wetboek bij de huurcommissie zijn ingediend, beslist de huurcommissie op het eerstgenoemde verzoek alvorens op het andere verzoek te beslissen, tenzij de indiening van het eerstgenoemde verzoek heeft plaatsgevonden na het tijdstip waarop volgens het andere verzoek de wijziging van de huurprijs dient in te gaan.
