Article 8
in forceArticles 3 and 4, in conjunction with Articles 31 to 34 inclusive of the Participation Act, apply mutatis mutandis to the income and assets to be taken into account.
The income to be taken into account shall also include the right to general assistance pursuant to the Participation Act.
Special assistance (bijzondere bijstand) pursuant to the Participation Act (Participatiewet) shall not be included in the income to be taken into account.
Op het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen en vermogen zijn de artikelen 3 en 4, in verbinding met de artikelen 31 tot en met 34 van de Participatiewet van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Tot het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen wordt tevens gerekend het recht op algemene bijstand op grond van de Participatiewet.
Niet tot het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen wordt gerekend de bijzondere bijstand op grond van de Participatiewet.
