1.

The basis of calculation is the amount referred to in Article 21, under b, of the Participation Act.

2.

The financial allowance amounts to:

a.

for the foreign national, referred to in Article 4, under a:

1°.

70% of the calculation basis, reduced by the income to be taken into account, unless it concerns two spouses who are both foreign nationals as referred to in Article 4, under a, in which case 50% of the calculation basis accrues to each of the spouses, reduced by the income to be taken into account;

2°.

90% of the basis of calculation, reduced by the income to be taken into account, if this foreign national is a single parent;

b.

for the foreign national referred to in Article 4 under b: 100 percent of the basis of calculation, reduced by the income to be taken into account;

c.

for the alien, referred to in Article 4, under c, d or e: 100 percent of the calculation basis, reduced by the income to be taken into account, with a maximum of 30% of the calculation basis;

d.

for the child or children of the foreign national, referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, under d: 20% of the basis of calculation, reduced by the income to be taken into account;

e.

for the foreign national referred to in Article 4 under f: 90 percent of the calculation basis, reduced by the income to be taken into account, subject to a maximum of 20 percent of the calculation basis;

f.

for the alien referred to in Article 4 under g: 0 per cent of the basis of calculation;

g.

for the foreign national referred to in Article 4, under h: the amount referred to in Article 20, paragraph 1, under a, of the Participation Act, reduced by the income to be taken into account;

h.

for the alien referred to in Article 4, under i: 50 percent of the calculation basis, reduced by the income to be taken into account, unless it concerns a single parent who seeks family reunification with a Dutch child, in which case the single parent is entitled to 70% of the calculation basis, reduced by the assets to be taken into account;

i.

for the foreign national, referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, under e: the amount, referred to in Article 20, paragraph 1, under a, of the Participation Act, reduced by the income to be taken into account.

De berekeningsbasis is het bedrag, bedoeld in artikel 21, onder b, van de Participatiewet.

2.

De financiële toelage bedraagt:

a.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 4, onder a:

1°.

70% van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen, tenzij het betreft twee echtgenoten die beiden vreemdeling als bedoeld in artikel 4, onder a zijn, in welk geval de echtgenoten ieder 50% van de berekeningsbasis toekomt, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen;

2°.

90% van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen, indien deze vreemdeling een alleenstaande ouder is;

b.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 4 onder b: 100 procent van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen;

c.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 4, onder c, d of e: 100 procent van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen, met een maximum van 30% van de berekeningsbasis;

d.

voor het kind of de kinderen van de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, onder d: 20% van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen;

e.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 4 onder f: 90 procent van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen, met een maximum van 20 procent van de berekeningsbasis;

f.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 4 onder g: 0 procent van de berekeningsbasis;

g.

voor de vreemdeling bedoeld in artikel 4, onder h: het bedrag, bedoeld in artikel 20, eerste lid, onder a, van de Participatiewet, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen;

h.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 4, onder i: 50 procent van de berekeningsbasis, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen, tenzij het betreft een alleenstaande ouder die gezinshereniging beoogt met een Nederlands kind, in welk geval aan de alleenstaande ouder 70% van de berekeningsbasis toekomt, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen vermogen;

i.

voor de vreemdeling, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, onder e: het bedrag, bedoeld in artikel 20, eerste lid, onder a, van de Participatiewet, verminderd met het in aanmerking te nemen inkomen.
