He who wishes to settle the average statement (dispache) sent to him or filed at the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam, shall petition the court to homologate the average statement. If this has not yet occurred, he shall file a copy of the average statement or an extract thereof at the registry.
Hij, die de hem toegezonden dan wel ter griffie van de rechtbank Rotterdam ingediende dispache wenst af te wikkelen, verzoekt deze rechtbank de dispache te homologeren. Zo dit nog niet is geschied, dient hij een exemplaar van de dispache of een uittreksel daarvan ter griffie in.
