Article 637

If the case concerns a petition as referred to in Section 2 of Title 6 of Book 8 of the Civil Code or a dispute relating to the security as referred to in Article 571 of that Book, the preliminary relief judge of the District Court of Rotterdam shall have jurisdiction.
Betreft de zaak een verzoek als bedoeld in afdeling 2 van titel 6 van Boek 8 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek of een geschil met betrekking tot de zekerheid als bedoeld in artikel 571 van dat Boek, dan is bevoegd de voorzieningenrechter van de rechtbank Rotterdam.
