If, with respect to a party, by application of the third paragraph of Article 191, the amount of compensation and the fee of experts have been provisionally debited, the court shall, of its own motion, order the party who is ordered to pay the costs of the proceedings to pay this amount to the clerk of the court.
If the costs are compensated in whole or in part, the court shall determine which part of the amount referred to in the first paragraph each of the parties must bear and shall order them accordingly to make payment to the clerk of the court.
The second sentence of Article 202, paragraph 2, shall apply.
Indien ten aanzien van een partij, met toepassing van het derde lid van artikel 191, het bedrag van de schadeloosstelling en het loon van deskundigen voorlopig in debet zijn gesteld, veroordeelt de rechter de partij die in de kosten van het geding wordt verwezen ambtshalve om dit bedrag aan de griffier te voldoen.
Indien de kosten geheel of gedeeltelijk worden gecompenseerd, stelt de rechter vast welk deel van het in het eerste lid bedoelde bedrag elk der partijen dient te dragen en veroordeelt hen dienovereenkomstig tot voldoening aan de griffier.
De tweede zin van artikel 202, tweede lid, is van toepassing.
