In addition to the data referred to in Article 19, paragraph 1, of the Act, the following shall be included in the nursing file:
a copy of the notifications referred to in Article 54 of the Act;
the decisions of the complaints committee and the appeals committee, as well as the reports referred to in Article 55, paragraph 6, of the Act;
the received copies of judicial decisions concerning the placement under a hospital order (terbeschikkingstelling);
authorisations of Our Minister, as referred to in Articles 50, paragraph 1, and 51, paragraph 1, of the Act;
data relating to the application of Article 26 of the Act;
data relating to the application of Article 16b, under (a) or (b), of the Act;
other data concerning the health of the patient and the procedures performed in respect of him, all this insofar as the recording of these data is necessary for proper nursing and treatment of him.
Naast de in artikel 19, eerste lid, van de wet genoemde gegevens, worden in het verpleegdedossier opgenomen:
een afschrift van de mededelingen, bedoeld in artikel 54 van de wet;
de uitspraken van de beklagcommissie en de beroepscommissie alsmede de verslagen bedoeld in artikel 55, zesde lid, van de wet;
de ontvangen afschriften van rechterlijke beslissingen betreffende de terbeschikkingstelling;
machtigingen van Onze Minister, bedoeld in de artikelen 50, eerste lid, en 51, eerste lid, van de wet;
gegevens met betrekking tot de toepassing van artikel 26 van de wet;
gegevens met betrekking tot de toepassing van artikel 16b, onder a of b, van de wet;
overige gegevens omtrent de gezondheid van de verpleegde en te diens aanzien uitgevoerde verrichtingen, een en ander voor zover de opname van deze gegevens voor een goede verpleging en behandeling aan hem noodzakelijk is.
