If the person under treatment has resided during the reporting period in another institution for the nursing of persons placed at the disposal of the government (ter beschikking gestelden), or in a psychiatric hospital, or in a house of detention, the head of that institution, the physician-director of that hospital, or the director of that house of detention, respectively, shall provide the necessary data to the person charged with the preparation of the report.
The same obligation applies to the institution, as referred to in Article 51, paragraph 2, of the Act, which has been charged with providing assistance and support to the person under treatment during the reporting period in the context of trial leave.
Indien de verpleegde gedurende de verslagperiode heeft verbleven in een andere inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden of in een psychiatrisch ziekenhuis, dan wel in een huis van bewaring, verschaft het hoofd van die inrichting, de geneesheer-directeur van dat ziekenhuis onderscheidenlijk de directeur van dat huis van bewaring, de nodige gegevens aan hem die met de vaststelling van het verslag is belast.
Dezelfde verplichting geldt voor de instelling, bedoeld in artikel 51, tweede lid, van de wet, die gedurende de verslagperiode belast is geweest met het verlenen van hulp en steun aan de verpleegde in het kader van proefverlof.
