The supervisory committee shall meet, if possible, once a month.
The head of the institution shall attend the meetings of the supervisory committee. At each meeting, he shall submit a general report on the events that have taken place in the institution since the previous meeting.
The committee may decide to meet in the absence of the head of the institution.
Our Minister is authorised to have meetings of the supervisory committee attended by an official of his ministry designated by him.
In every meeting of the supervisory committee, notification shall be given of the grievances regarding which mediation has taken place, the complaints handled by the complaints committee, and the special observations to which they give rise.
De commissie van toezicht vergadert, zo mogelijk, eenmaal in de maand.
Het hoofd van de inrichting woont de vergaderingen van de commissie van toezicht bij. Hij brengt op iedere vergadering een algemeen verslag uit over hetgeen sedert de vorige vergadering in de inrichting is geschied.
De commissie kan besluiten buiten tegenwoordigheid van het hoofd van de inrichting te vergaderen.
Onze Minister is bevoegd vergaderingen van de commissie van toezicht door een door hem aan te wijzen ambtenaar van zijn ministerie te doen bijwonen.
In iedere vergadering van de commissie van toezicht wordt mededeling gedaan van de grieven terzake waarvan werd bemiddeld, de door de beklagcommissie behandelde klaagschriften, en de bijzondere opmerkingen waartoe zij aanleiding geven.
