The monthly commissioner, as referred to in Article 10, paragraph 4, second sentence, of the Act, shall hold consultation hours at the institution at least twice a month. These consultation hours shall be announced in a timely manner and may be attended by any patient who expresses a wish to do so.
The monthly commissioner shall report on his activities to the supervisory committee.
De maandcommissaris, bedoeld in artikel 10, vierde lid, tweede volzin, van de wet, houdt ten minste tweemaal per maand in de inrichting spreekuur. Dit spreekuur wordt tijdig bekend gemaakt en kan worden bezocht door elke verpleegde die de wens daartoe te kennen geeft.
De maandcommissaris doet van zijn werkzaamheden verslag aan de commissie van toezicht.
