Special conditions, as referred to in Article 51, paragraph 2, of the Act, aimed at obtaining assistance and support, shall be notified by the head of the institution for the nursing of persons placed at the disposal of the government (ter beschikking gestelden) to the probation service that provides the assistance and support to the person placed at the disposal of the government. The same applies with regard to decisions aimed at the amendment, supplementation, or revocation of the conditions to which the provision of assistance and support relates.
Bijzondere voorwaarden, bedoeld in artikel 51, tweede lid, van de wet, strekkende tot het verkrijgen van hulp en steun worden door het hoofd van de inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden ter kennis gebracht van de reclassering die de ter beschikking gestelde hulp en steun verleent. Hetzelfde geldt met betrekking tot beslissingen die strekken tot wijziging, aanvulling of opheffing van de voorwaarden waarop de verlening van hulp en steun betrekking heeft.
