The head of the institution shall provide the patients' council with the information, time, and material resources necessary for its functioning, and shall offer the patients' council the opportunity to deliberate internally and to meet for that purpose for two hours once a month.
The members of the residents' council have the right to participate in the consultation referred to in Article 70, paragraph 2, of the Act, as well as in the internal deliberation mentioned in the first paragraph.
The internal deliberation, as referred to in the first paragraph, shall take place without supervision.
The head of the institution may, on the grounds of maintaining order or safety within the institution, deviate from the provisions of the second and third paragraphs.
Het hoofd van de inrichting verschaft de verpleegdenraad de informatie, de tijd en de materiële middelen die voor zijn functioneren nodig zijn en biedt de verpleegdenraad eenmaal per maand gedurende twee uren de gelegenheid zich intern te beraden en daartoe te vergaderen.
De leden van de verpleegdenraad hebben het recht aan het overleg, bedoeld in artikel 70, tweede lid, van de wet, alsmede aan het in het eerste lid genoemde intern beraad deel te nemen.
Het intern beraad, bedoeld in het eerste lid, vindt zonder toezicht plaats.
Het hoofd van de inrichting kan op grond van de handhaving van de orde of veiligheid in de inrichting van het bepaalde in het tweede en derde lid afwijken.
