The head of the institution shall provide the patients' council with the opportunity to conduct the consultation referred to in Article 70, paragraph 2, of the Act at least once a month, unless special circumstances prevent this.
Het hoofd van de inrichting biedt de verpleegdenraad ten minste eenmaal per maand de gelegenheid tot het voeren van het overleg, bedoeld in artikel 70, tweede lid, van de wet, tenzij bijzondere omstandigheden zich hiertegen verzetten.
