Article 49f
in force(Involuntary) medical treatment
The responsible physician shall ensure that the notification of the application of a-compulsory treatment, b-compulsory treatment, compulsory medical intervention, and the continuation of a-compulsory treatment, as well as the results of the consultation referred to in Article 48a, paragraph 4, Article 49a, and Article 49c, and the advice provided and agreements made in connection therewith, are recorded in the medical file.
De verantwoordelijke arts draagt zorg dat de melding van de toepassing van a-dwangbehandeling, b-dwangbehandeling, gedwongen geneeskundige handeling en voortzetting van a-dwangbehandeling en de resultaten van het overleg, bedoeld in artikel 48a, vierde lid, artikel 49a en artikel 49c, alsmede de adviezen die daarbij zijn gegeven en de afspraken die daarbij zijn gemaakt worden geregistreerd in het medische dossier.
