If the juvenile is unable to return to the institution from leave in time due to illness, he shall report this to the institution without delay. Upon request, the juvenile shall demonstrate that he is unable to return in time for medical reasons.
The director shall, after consultation with the institution's physician and, insofar as possible, having heard the juvenile, take measures with a view to the earliest possible continuation of the deprivation of liberty.
Indien de jeugdige wegens ziekte niet in staat is tijdig van het verlof naar de inrichting terug te keren, meldt hij dit onverwijld aan de inrichting. Desgevraagd toont de jeugdige aan dat hij om medische redenen niet in staat is tijdig terug te keren.
De directeur neemt, na overleg met de inrichtingsarts, en, voor zover mogelijk, gehoord de jeugdige, maatregelen met het oog op een zo spoedig mogelijke voortzetting van de vrijheidsontneming.
