The monthly commissioner, as referred to in Article 7, paragraph 4, second sentence, of the Act, shall hold consultation hours at the institution or department at least twice a month. These consultation hours shall be announced in good time and may be attended by any juvenile or participant in an education and training programme who expresses the wish to do so.
The monthly commissioner shall report on his activities to the supervisory committee and shall also inform the director thereof.
De maandcommissaris, bedoeld in artikel 7, vierde lid, tweede volzin, van de wet, houdt ten minste tweemaal per maand in de inrichting of afdeling spreekuur. Dit spreekuur wordt tijdig bekendgemaakt en kan worden bezocht door elke jeugdige of deelnemer aan een scholings- en trainingsprogramma die de wens daartoe te kennen geeft.
De maandcommissaris doet van zijn werkzaamheden verslag aan de commissie van toezicht en informeert tevens de directeur hierover.
