During the stay of a minor in an institution, his file shall be kept in a lockable space within the institution.
The director shall send the file simultaneously with the transfer of the juvenile, as referred to in Article 12 of the Act, to the director of the institution where the juvenile will continue to reside.
If the juvenile is given the opportunity to participate in an education and training programme, the director shall send the file to the director referred to in Article 10, paragraph 1.
Upon the release, escape or death of the juvenile, the director shall send the file to Our Minister.
Gedurende het verblijf van een jeugdige in een inrichting wordt zijn dossier in een afsluitbare ruimte in de inrichting bewaard.
De directeur zendt het dossier gelijktijdig met de overplaatsing van de jeugdige, bedoeld in artikel 12 van de wet, aan de directeur van de inrichting waar de jeugdige verder zal verblijven.
Indien de jeugdige in de gelegenheid wordt gesteld deel te nemen aan een scholings- en trainingsprogramma zendt de directeur het dossier aan de directeur, bedoeld in artikel 10, eerste lid.
Bij invrijheidstelling, ontvluchting of overlijden van de jeugdige zendt de directeur het dossier aan Onze Minister.
