Each institution shall describe which education is offered by or on behalf of the institution, including all particulars, such as curriculum content, modules, examinations, certificates, and methods.
2.
Education shall be provided by a person authorised for that purpose.
3.
Education forms part of the perspective plan. The perspective plan is directive for education.

Elke inrichting beschrijft welk onderwijs door of vanwege de inrichting wordt aangeboden, met alle bijzonderheden, zoals leerinhouden, modules, toetsen, certificaten en methodes.
2.
Het onderwijs wordt gegeven door een daartoe bevoegde persoon.
3.
Het onderwijs maakt deel uit van het perspectiefplan. Het perspectiefplan is richtinggevend voor het onderwijs.
