The provisions laid down by or pursuant to the Expertise Centres Act (Wet op de expertisecentra) apply to education in private institutions.
Education in the state institution consists of theoretical education, a vocational training pathway, or practical education.
In any event, the education in the state institution includes:
Calculation and mathematics
Dutch language
world orientation or social studies,
social self-reliance or self-reliance,
techniques
physical education
creative formation
Op het onderwijs in particuliere inrichtingen is het bepaalde bij of krachtens de Wet op de expertisecentra van toepassing.
Het onderwijs in de rijksinrichting bestaat uit theoretisch onderwijs, een beroepsgerichte leerweg of praktijkonderwijs.
In ieder geval omvat het onderwijs in de rijksinrichting:
rekenen en wiskunde,
Nederlandse taal,
wereldoriëntatie of maatschappijleer,
sociale redzaamheid of zelfredzaamheid,
technieken,
lichamelijke opvoeding,
creatieve vorming.
