The Chief of Police shall make the part of the strength and resources determined by Our Minister, as referred to in Article 36, paragraph 1, second sentence, effectively available to the Police Academy for the performance of the tasks referred to in Article 74, paragraph 1, and Article 75, paragraph 1.
Requirements regarding the personnel strength and resources that are effectively made available to the Police Academy shall be established by or pursuant to an Order in Council, and rules shall be established regarding the requirements for personnel strength and resources to be determined by the director of the Police Academy.
De korpschef stelt het door Onze Minister vastgestelde deel van de sterkte en middelen als bedoeld in artikel 36, eerste lid, tweede volzin, feitelijk ter beschikking aan de Politieacademie voor de uitvoering van de taken, bedoeld in de artikelen 74, eerste lid, en 75, eerste lid.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden eisen gesteld aan de sterkte en middelen die aan de Politieacademie feitelijk ter beschikking worden gesteld en regels gesteld omtrent de door de directeur van de Politieacademie te stellen behoefte aan sterkte en middelen.
