The director of the Police Academy shall annually establish the research programme of the Police Academy, based on the strategic research agenda referred to in Article 94.
The research programme shall in any event include a description of the applied scientific research conducted by the Police Academy and the applied scientific research to be outsourced.
The research programme shall contain a multi-annual programme for the three years following the programme year.
In addition to the research programme, the Police Academy may conduct other applied scientific research.
De directeur van de Politieacademie stelt jaarlijks, op basis van de in artikel 94 bedoelde strategische onderzoeksagenda het onderzoeksprogramma van de Politieacademie vast.
Het onderzoeksprogramma omvat in ieder geval een beschrijving van het toegepast wetenschappelijke onderzoek dat door de Politieacademie wordt uitgevoerd en de uit te besteden toegepast wetenschappelijke onderzoeken.
Het onderzoeksprogramma bevat een meerjarenprogramma voor de drie jaren volgend op het programmajaar.
Naast het onderzoeksprogramma kan de Politieacademie ander toegepast wetenschappelijk onderzoek verrichten.
