The chief of police shall make the part of the force determined by Our Minister, as referred to in Article 36, paragraph 1, second sentence, effectively available to the Police Education Council for the performance of the tasks referred to in Articles 84, 87, paragraph 1, and 94, paragraph 1.
Ministerial regulations shall designate the functions or categories of persons who, pursuant to the first paragraph, may be effectively made available. Article 97, first paragraph, under (a) and (b), and second paragraph, under (b), shall apply mutatis mutandis to the chair of the Police Education Council (politieonderwijsraad) with regard to the persons referred to in the first sentence.
The persons employed for the benefit of the Police Education Council are under the authority of the chair of the Police Education Council and are accountable exclusively to him regarding their activities. Article 97, paragraph 4, applies mutatis mutandis.
De korpschef stelt het door Onze Minister vastgestelde deel van de sterkte als bedoeld in artikel 36, eerste lid, tweede volzin, feitelijk ter beschikking aan de politieonderwijsraad voor de uitvoering van de taken, bedoeld in de artikelen 84, 87, eerste lid, en 94, eerste lid.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden de functies of categorieën aangewezen van personen die op grond van het eerste lid feitelijk ter beschikking kunnen worden gesteld. Artikel 97, eerste lid, onder a en b, en tweede lid, onder b, is van overeenkomstige toepassing op de voorzitter van de politieonderwijsraad ten aanzien van de personen, bedoeld in de eerste volzin.
De personen die werkzaam zijn ten behoeve van de politieonderwijsraad staan onder gezag van de voorzitter van de politieonderwijsraad en leggen over hun werkzaamheden uitsluitend aan hem verantwoording af. Artikel 97, vierde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
