The Police Academy may, subject to the approval of Our Minister, perform activities other than the tasks referred to in Article 74, paragraph 1, provided that such activities are related to the tasks referred to in that paragraph.
The remuneration of the costs for the activities referred to in the first paragraph shall be payable to Our Minister by the recipients of these activities.
Further rules may be laid down by ministerial regulation regarding the activities to be performed as referred to in the first paragraph.
De Politieacademie kan, na instemming van Onze Minister, andere werkzaamheden uitvoeren, dan de in artikel 74, eerste lid, bedoelde taken, mits die werkzaamheden samenhangen met de in dat lid bedoelde taken.
De vergoeding van de kosten voor de werkzaamheden, bedoeld in het eerste lid, door de afnemers van deze werkzaamheden zijn verschuldigd aan Onze Minister.
Bij ministeriële regeling kunnen nadere regels worden gesteld over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden, bedoeld in het eerste lid.
