The pension provider shall provide the participant annually with:
a statement of the accrued pension entitlements;
a statement of the increase in value of pension entitlements attributable to the preceding calendar year in accordance with Article 3.127 of the Income Tax Act 2001 (Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001) and the provisions based thereon;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the granting of supplements;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the reduction of pension entitlements and pension rights pursuant to Article 134;
to the extent applicable, information regarding the solidarity reserve or risk-sharing reserve;
information regarding the regulatory pensionable age;
a statement of the pension entitlements to be achieved under the regulations, whereby these data, insofar as they concern the old-age pension, are also presented on the basis of a pessimistic scenario, an expected scenario and an optimistic scenario, with the warning that the projections may differ from the final amount of the pension benefits to be received;
information regarding the employer's contribution and the employee's contribution;
information regarding guarantees;
information regarding the country where the pension is held and the supervisory authority under whose jurisdiction the pension falls;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the funding level according to Dutch standards;
information regarding the costs withheld;
the total pension contributions paid on the basis of a solidary contribution agreement, flexible contribution agreement or contribution-benefit agreement;
the total investment returns achieved per participant, which have been achieved on the basis of a solidary contribution agreement (solidaire premieovereenkomst), a flexible contribution agreement (flexibele premieovereenkomst), or a contribution-payment agreement (premie-uitkeringsovereenkomst); and
other information required by order in council (algemene maatregel van bestuur).
By or pursuant to an Order in Council (algemene maatregel van bestuur), rules may be established regarding the statements and information referred to in the first paragraph and the manner in which these are provided.
De pensioenuitvoerder verstrekt de deelnemer jaarlijks:
een opgave van de verworven pensioenaanspraken;
een opgave van de aan het voorafgaande kalenderjaar toe te rekenen waardeaangroei van pensioenaanspraken overeenkomstig artikel 3.127 van de Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001 en de daarop berustende bepalingen;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over toeslagverlening;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over vermindering van pensioenaanspraken en pensioenrechten op grond van artikel 134;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over de solidariteitsreserve of risicodelingsreserve;
informatie over de reglementaire pensioenleeftijd;
een opgave van de reglementair te bereiken pensioenaanspraken, waarbij deze gegevens voor zover het ouderdomspensioen betreft, tevens weergegeven worden op basis van een pessimistisch scenario, een verwacht scenario en een optimistisch scenario, met de waarschuwing dat de projecties kunnen verschillen van de definitieve hoogte van de te ontvangen pensioenuitkeringen;
informatie over de werkgeverspremie en werknemerspremie;
informatie over garanties;
informatie over het land waar het pensioen is ondergebracht en de toezichthouder waar het pensioen onder valt;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over de dekkingsgraad naar Nederlandse maatstaf;
informatie over de ingehouden kosten;
de totaal ingelegde pensioenpremies die zijn ingelegd op grond van een solidaire premieovereenkomst, flexibele premieovereenkomst of premie-uitkeringsovereenkomst;
de totaal behaalde beleggingsrendementen per deelnemer die op grond van een solidaire premieovereenkomst, flexibele premieovereenkomst of premie-uitkeringsovereenkomst zijn behaald; en
andere per algemene maatregel van bestuur bepaalde vereiste informatie.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen regels worden gesteld met betrekking tot de in het eerste lid bedoelde opgaven en informatie en de wijze waarop deze worden verstrekt.
