A detained person may lodge an appeal against the medical conduct of the physician attached to the institution or their substitute, as referred to in Article 42. For the purposes of this chapter, the institutional physician shall be deemed to include the nurse or other healthcare providers who are involved in the care of detained persons by the institutional physician.
Een gedetineerde kan een beroepschrift indienen tegen het medisch handelen van de aan de inrichting verbonden arts of diens vervanger, bedoeld in artikel 42. Met de inrichtingsarts wordt in dit hoofdstuk gelijkgesteld de verpleegkundige dan wel andere hulpverleners die door de inrichtingsarts bij de zorg aan gedetineerden zijn betrokken.
