Article 78o

If, prior to the date of entry into force of Section 5.4, the Municipal Executive (college) has a claim against a person as referred to in Article 47a, paragraph 1, to which Article 78j applies, and that person receives a benefit pursuant to that Section, the Social Insurance Bank (Sociale verzekeringsbank) shall, at the request of the Municipal Executive, pay to that Municipal Executive for the purpose of offsetting that claim, without the authorisation of the person concerned being required for that purpose.
Indien het college vóór de datum van inwerkingtreding van paragraaf 5.4 ten aanzien van een persoon als bedoeld in artikel 47a, eerste lid, een vordering heeft waarop artikel 78j van toepassing is en die persoon een uitkering op grond van die paragraaf ontvangt, betaalt de Sociale verzekeringsbank, zonder dat daarvoor machtiging nodig is van de belanghebbende, op verzoek van het college ter verrekening van die vordering aan dat college.
