If a new application is made within twelve months after the termination of general assistance, the municipal executive (college) may use the data in its possession in connection with the previous provision of assistance, provided that this leads to an application that is less burdensome for the interested party.
The municipal executive shall verify the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the data referred to in the first paragraph in the available sources and, if necessary, with the interested party.
Indien na het eindigen van de algemene bijstand binnen twaalf maanden een nieuwe aanvraag wordt gedaan, kan het college de gegevens die bij hem berusten in verband met de eerdere bijstandsverlening gebruiken, indien dit leidt tot een voor de belanghebbende minder belastende aanvraag.
Het college verifieert de juistheid en actualiteit van de gegevens, bedoeld in het eerste lid, in de beschikbare bronnen en zo nodig bij de belanghebbende.
