By way of derogation from Article 2:150, paragraph 3, it follows that:
annually for the calendar years 2016 up to and including 2020, five percent of the total of the budgets, referred to in Article 2.149, paragraph 1, that has been determined for the calendar year 2016 for the benefit of the media offering of the broadcasting organisations, referred to in Article 9.7, part b, or of the broadcasting organisations of the composition mentioned in that part, including one or both of the broadcasting associations PowNed and WNL; and
the remaining budget shall be allocated entirely to the media offerings of the broadcasting organisations, the NOS, and the NTR.
An equal share of the budget referred to in the first paragraph, point (a), shall be spent on each of the broadcasting organisations referred to in the first paragraph, point (a).
In afwijking van artikel 2.150, derde lid, komt:
jaarlijks voor de kalenderjaren 2016 tot en met 2020 vijf procent van het totaal van de budgetten, bedoeld in artikel 2.149, eerste lid, dat is vastgesteld voor het kalenderjaar 2016 ten goede aan media-aanbod van de omroeporganisaties, bedoeld in artikel 9.7, onderdeel b, of van de omroeporganisaties van de in dat onderdeel genoemde samenstelling met inbegrip van een of beide omroepverenigingen PowNed en WNL; en
het overige budget geheel ten goede aan media-aanbod van de omroeporganisaties, de NOS, en de NTR.
Aan elk van de in het eerste lid, onderdeel a, bedoelde omroeporganisaties wordt een gelijk deel van het budget, bedoeld in het eerste lid, onderdeel a, besteed.
