The determination of the budget, as referred to in Article 2.149, paragraph 1, point (d), is for the calendar years 2014 and 2015 based at least on the legal grounds as they applied on the day preceding the entry into force of the point concerning Article 2.149 of the Act of 6 November 2013 amending the Media Act 2008 in order to modernise the system of the national public broadcasting service, with regard to the determination of the budget of the Netherlands Programme Foundation and the educational media institution that had obtained an authorisation pursuant to Article 2.28, as that article read at that time.
De vaststelling van het budget, bedoeld in artikel 2.149, eerste lid, onderdeel d, is voor de kalenderjaren 2014 en 2015 ten minste gebaseerd op de wettelijke grondslagen zoals die golden op de dag voorafgaand aan de inwerkingtreding van het onderdeel betreffende artikel 2.149 van de Wet van 6 november 2013 tot wijziging van de Mediawet 2008 teneinde het stelsel van de landelijke publieke omroep te moderniseren, ten aanzien van de vaststelling van het budget van de Nederlandse Programma Stichting en de educatieve media-instelling die een erkenning had verkregen op grond van artikel 2.28, zoals dat artikel toen luidde.
