If an interested party has reasonable doubt regarding the accuracy of data recorded in the cadastral basic registration that has been designated as authentic pursuant to this Act, or regarding the accuracy of authentic data incorporated into the cadastral basic registration or the registration for ships or aircraft from a basic registration other than those referred to in Article 1a, that interested party may, stating the reasons, submit a petition to the Agency for the rectification of that data in the cadastral basic registration. Articles 7n, paragraphs two up to and including four and six, and 7r apply mutatis mutandis if the petition relates to data recorded in the cadastral basic registration that has been designated as authentic pursuant to this Act, and Article 7m, paragraph two, applies mutatis mutandis if the petition relates to data incorporated from another basic registration.
The first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis if an interested party has reasonable doubt regarding the accuracy of data other than authentic data in the cadastral base registration or the registration for ships or aircraft.
The Service shall register a petition as referred to in the first or third paragraph, as well as the decision regarding that petition.
Indien een belanghebbende gerede twijfel heeft omtrent de juistheid van een in de basisregistratie kadaster opgenomen gegeven dat krachtens deze wet als authentiek is aangemerkt, dan wel omtrent de juistheid van een uit een andere basisregistratie dan genoemd in artikel 1a in de basisregistratie kadaster of de registratie voor schepen of luchtvaartuigen overgenomen authentiek gegeven, kan die belanghebbende onder opgaaf van redenen aan de Dienst een verzoek tot herstel van dat gegeven in de basisregistratie kadaster doen. De artikelen 7n, tweede tot en met vierde en zesde lid, en 7r zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing indien het verzoek betrekking heeft op een in de basisregistratie kadaster opgenomen gegeven dat krachtens deze wet als authentiek is aangemerkt, en artikel 7m, tweede lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing indien het verzoek betrekking heeft op een uit een andere basisregistratie overgenomen gegeven.
Het eerste lid is vanovereenkomstige toepassing indien een belanghebbende gerede twijfel heeft omtrent de juistheid van een ander dan een authentiek gegeven in de basisregistratie kadaster of de registratie voor schepen of luchtvaartuigen.
De Dienst registreert een verzoek als bedoeld in het eerste of derde lid alsmede de beslissing op dat verzoek.
