Article 7s

If the Service determines that the representation of an authentic datum as referred to in Article 7f, paragraph 2, or 7g, paragraph 1, in the land registry basic register is not in accordance with that datum as recorded in a source document or, in the event that an authentic datum is derived from a source document, that such datum has not been correctly and completely derived therefrom, the Service shall rectify that datum in said basic register ex officio. Articles 7n, paragraphs 4 and 6, and 7r shall apply mutatis mutandis.
If the Service determines that a geographical datum recorded in the basic registration of topography is not in accordance with:
the physical reality at the time of the last update of the geographical area in which the geographical object to which that data relates is situated, or
In the event of a significant change in the actual physical reality compared to the most recent update of the relevant geographical area, the Service may rectify that data in the basic registration of topography ex officio or, if it concerns a case as referred to in part (a), suspend such rectification until the next update as referred to in the basic registration of topography catalogue. The Service shall record both an established inaccuracy and the correction thereof in the register referred to in Article 7o, paragraph 2.
If the Service, with regard to the representation of data other than authentic data included in a registration, makes a finding as referred to in the first paragraph, that paragraph as well as Articles 7n, fourth and sixth paragraphs, and 7r shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Indien de Dienst constateert dat de weergave van een authentiek gegeven als bedoeld in artikel 7f, tweede lid, of 7g, eerste lid, in de basisregistratie kadaster niet in overeenstemming is met dat gegeven, als opgenomen in een brondocument of, ingeval een authentiek gegeven wordt afgeleid uit een brondocument, dat gegeven niet juist en volledig daaruit is afgeleid, herstelt de Dienst ambtshalve dat gegeven in die basisregistratie. De artikelen 7n, vierde en zesde lid, en 7r zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Indien de Dienst constateert dat een in de basisregistratie topografie opgenomen geografisch gegeven niet in overeenstemming is met:
de fysieke werkelijkheid ten tijde van de laatste bijhouding van het geografisch gebied, waarin het geografische object, waarop dat gegeven betrekking heeft, is gelegen, of
de actuele fysieke werkelijkheid, in geval van een aanmerkelijke verandering ten opzichte van de laatste bijhouding van het betreffende geografisch gebied, kan de Dienst dat gegeven in de basisregistratie topografie ambtshalve herstellen dan wel, indien het betreft een geval als bedoeld in onderdeel a, dat herstel opschorten tot de eerstvolgende bijhouding, bedoeld in de catalogus basisregistratie topografie. De Dienst tekent zowel een geconstateerde onjuistheid als de correctie daarvan aan in het register, bedoeld in artikel 7o, tweede lid.
Indien de Dienst ten aanzien van de weergave van een in een registratie opgenomen ander gegeven dan een authentiek gegeven een constatering als bedoeld in het eerste lid doet, zijn dat lid alsmede de artikelen 7n, vierde en zesde lid, en 7r van overeenkomstige toepassing.
