Article 67

The official charged with the investigation shall verify on-site whether an event, as referred to in Article 29 or in Article 35 of Book 5 of the Civil Code, has occurred. Article 57, paragraph 3, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
The official shall draw up a report of his findings. If a measurement is performed for the purpose of the investigation, the data obtained thereby shall also be included in the report of findings.
De met het onderzoek belaste ambtenaar gaat ter plaatse na of een feit, als bedoeld in artikel 29 dan wel in artikel 35 van Boek 5 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, zich heeft voorgedaan. Artikel 57, derde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De ambtenaar maakt een relaas van zijn bevindingen. Indien ten behoeve van het onderzoek een meting plaatsvindt, worden de daardoor verkregen gegevens eveneens opgenomen in het relaas van bevindingen.
