If the on-site investigation gives cause for updating, this shall take place on the basis of the report of findings. Article 58, paragraphs 1 and 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis.

If the on-site investigation does not give cause for updating, the petitioner and the other interested parties involved in the updating shall be notified thereof.

Indien het onderzoek ter plaatse aanleiding geeft tot bijhouding, vindt deze plaats op grondslag van het relaas van bevindingen. Artikel 58, eerste en tweede lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
2.
Indien het onderzoek ter plaatse geen aanleiding geeft tot bijhouding, wordt daarvan mededeling gedaan aan de verzoeker en de overige bij de bijhouding belanghebbenden.
