The keeper is charged with the provision of the information referred to in Articles 99, 100, paragraph 1, insofar as it concerns the basic land registry (basisregistratie kadaster), and 101, 102 and 103.
The management of the Service may entrust persons belonging to the personnel of the Service, other than the keeper, with the provision of the information referred to in the first paragraph.
The management of the Service shall designate the civil servants who are charged with the provision of the information referred to in Article 100, with the exception of information from the cadastral base registry, and Article 102a.
De bewaarder is belast met de verstrekking van de inlichtingen, bedoeld in de artikelen 99, 100, eerste lid, voorzover betreffend de basisregistratie kadaster, en 101, 102 en 103.
Het bestuur van de Dienst kan andere personen behorend tot het personeel van de Dienst dan de bewaarder belasten met de verstrekking van de inlichtingen, bedoeld in het eerste lid.
Het bestuur van de Dienst wijst ambtenaren aan die belast zijn met de verstrekking van de inlichtingen, bedoeld in artikel 100, met uitzondering van inlichtingen uit de basisregistratie kadaster, en artikel 102a.
