Rules shall be established by or pursuant to an Order in Council regarding the conditions under which and the manner in which a permanent connection may be obtained to the public registers, the cadastral base registration, the registration for ships, and the registration for aircraft, insofar as these are maintained in electronic form.
The management of the Agency may, upon request, grant municipalities that possess a permanent connection as referred to in the first paragraph the authority to provide data therefrom to third parties. Rules shall be laid down by Order in Council regarding the conditions under which an authority as referred to in the first sentence is granted and the cases in which the granting of such authority may be revoked.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld met betrekking tot de voorwaarden waaronder en de wijze waarop een permanente aansluiting kan worden verkregen op, voorzover in elektronische vorm gehouden, de openbare registers, de basisregistratie kadaster, de registratie voor schepen en de registratie voor luchtvaartuigen.
Het bestuur van de Dienst kan aan gemeenten die beschikken over een permanente aansluiting als bedoeld in het eerste lid, desgevraagd de bevoegdheid geven daaruit gegevens aan derden te verschaffen. Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld met betrekking tot de voorwaarden waaronder een bevoegdheid als bedoeld in de eerste zin wordt verleend en de gevallen waarin de verlening van die bevoegdheid kan worden ingetrokken.
