The management of the Service determines:
the form of the copies, extracts, certificates and declarations referred to in Articles 99 up to and including 102a, as well as the cases in which the Service draws up certificates;
the manner and place of consultation of the public registers, the basic registration of the cadastre and the documents referred to in Article 50, the registration for ships and other documents concerning ships, the registration for aircraft and other documents concerning aircraft, the geographical data and the documents underlying that data;
the form of the declaration, referred to in Article 103, and the manner in which the copies, extracts and certificates, referred to in that article, are to be provided with such declaration;
the manner in which the authentication, as referred to in Articles 99 up to and including 102, of copies, extracts and certificates to be provided in paper form as referred to in Articles 99 up to and including 102, takes place;
the manner in which certificates, copies, extracts and declarations as referred to in Articles 99 up to and including 102 to be provided in electronic form are authenticated, for which purpose they shall at least be provided with an electronic signature of the registrar, and which authentication, in respect of copies and extracts, also includes the authentication of conformity;
the manner in which information regarding the network of coordinate points is provided, and
the manner in which information regarding geographical data as referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, point (f), is provided and the manner in which access is granted to the documents underlying those geographical data.
Het bestuur van de Dienst stelt vast:
de vorm van de afschriften, uittreksels, getuigschriften en verklaringen, bedoeld in de artikelen 99 tot en met 102a, alsmede de gevallen waarin de Dienst getuigschriften opmaakt;
de wijze en plaats van raadpleging van de openbare registers, de basisregistratie kadaster en de bescheiden, bedoeld in artikel 50, de registratie voor schepen en andere documenten betreffende schepen, de registratie voor luchtvaartuigen en andere documenten betreffende luchtvaartuigen, de geografische gegevens en de aan die gegevens ten grondslag liggende bescheiden;
de vorm van de verklaring, bedoeld in artikel 103, en de wijze waarop de afschriften, uittreksels en getuigschriften, bedoeld in dat artikel, worden voorzien van die verklaring;
de wijze waarop de waarmerking, bedoeld in de artikelen 99 tot en met 102, van in papieren vorm te verstrekken afschriften, uittreksels en getuigschriften als bedoeld in de artikelen 99 tot en met 102 plaatsvindt;
de wijze waarop in elektronische vorm te verstrekken getuigschriften, afschriften, uittreksels en verklaringen als bedoeld in de artikelen 99 tot en met 102 worden gewaarmerkt, waartoe zij ten minste worden voorzien van een elektronische handtekening van de bewaarder en welke waarmerking wat betreft afschriften en uittreksels mede omvat de waarmerking voor eensluidendheid;
de wijze waarop inlichtingen over het net van coördinaatpunten worden verstrekt, en
de wijze waarop inlichtingen over geografische gegevens als bedoeld in artikel 3, eerste lid, onderdeel f, worden verstrekt en de wijze waarop inzage wordt verleend van de aan die geografische gegevens ten grondslag liggende bescheiden.
