Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation does not apply in the event that the provision of information pursuant to this Title concerns personal data.
A decision to reject a petition for information pursuant to this Title shall be deemed a decision within the meaning of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht). Articles 56b, paragraph 1, and 58, paragraphs 1 and 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Artikel 15 van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming is niet van toepassing ingeval de verstrekking van inlichtingen ingevolge deze titel persoonsgegevens betreft.
Een beslissing tot afwijzing van een verzoek om inlichtingen ingevolge deze titel, geldt als een besluit in de zin van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht. De artikelen 56b, eerste lid, en 58, eerste en tweede lid, zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
