The creditors and the debtor may lodge an appeal against the judgment referred to in Article 354 and in Article 354a within eight days after the day of the pronouncement.
2.
Article 351, paragraphs 2 to 5 inclusive, shall apply.

Van het vonnis, bedoeld in artikel 354 en in artikel 354a, kunnen de schuldeisers en de schuldenaar gedurende acht dagen na de dag van de uitspraak in hoger beroep komen.
2.
Artikel 351, tweede tot en met vijfde lid, is van toepassing.
