Articles 24 to 31 inclusive, 34 to 38a inclusive, 40 to 52 inclusive, 54 to 56 inclusive and 60a to 63a inclusive apply mutatis mutandis.
The decision referred to in the first sentence of Article 63a, paragraph 1, may also be given upon the petition of the debtor or of its own motion by the judge who pronounces the application of the debt restructuring scheme.
De artikelen 24 tot en met 31, 34 tot en met 38a, 40 tot en met 52, 54 tot en met 56 en 60a tot en met 63a zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De in de eerste volzin van artikel 63a, eerste lid, bedoelde beslissing kan ook op verzoek van de schuldenaar dan wel ambtshalve worden gegeven door de rechter die de toepassing van de schuldsaneringsregeling uitspreekt.
