Excluded from the assets referred to in Article 309, paragraph 1, are the assets that have been pledged pursuant to a financial collateral arrangement as referred to in Article 51 of Book 7 of the Civil Code.
Van de goederen als bedoeld in artikel 309, eerste lid, zijn uitgezonderd de goederen die uit hoofde van een financiëlezekerheidsovereenkomst als bedoeld in artikel 51 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek zijn verpand.
