If it is foreseeable that more than one distribution to the creditors will have to be made, the court may determine upon the homologation of the composition that, at the first distribution to the creditors, one or more bearer instruments shall be handed over and that payment of the subsequent distributions may exclusively be claimed by means of presentation of such instrument.
Indien te voorzien is dat er meer dan één uitkering aan de schuldeisers zal moeten geschieden, kan de rechtbank bij de homologatie van het akkoord bepalen, dat bij de eerste uitkering aan de schuldeisers een of meer papieren aan toonder zullen worden ter hand gesteld en dat betaling van de volgende uitkeringen uitsluitend door middel van aanbieding van zodanig papier zal kunnen worden gevorderd.
