All orders in matters concerning the administration or the liquidation of the bankrupt estate, including those which do not emanate from the court, are provisionally enforceable and upon the minute (op de minuut), unless the contrary is provided.

Alle beschikkingen in zaken, het beheer of de vereffening des faillieten boedels betreffende, ook die welke niet uitgaan van de rechtbank, zijn uitvoerbaar bij voorraad en op de minuut, tenzij het tegendeel is bepaald.
